Existing Properties

1

We’ll start with a site survey.

A Google Fiber representative will survey your property and develop a design plan.

2

Then, we’ll have you sign a service agreement.

Once you’ve signed the agreement, we’ll be able to get started.

3

Next, we start construction.

We’ll contact you to schedule our build out once your agreement is approved.

4

Lastly, we install your residents’ internet.

Once your property is connected, we begin installing internet for your residents.

New Developments

1

First, we’ll have you sign a service agreement.

Signing this agreement will let us get started.

2

Next, building construction will begin.

We’ll work with your general contractor to schedule our construction within your build plan.

3

Then, we’ll do our construction.

Once initial construction is complete, we’ll come back and install a fiber jack in each unit.

4

Lastly, we’ll install your residents’ internet.

Once your property is connected, we begin setting up internet access for your residents.

"For the first time, I don’t think about the pipe. I think about what we’re making."
