At GFiber, our mission goes beyond delivering fast, reliable internet. This Giving Tuesday, GFiber is celebrating our local partners and the impactful work we’re doing together to close the digital divide. The digital divide is more than just a lack of access to a connection; it's a gap in education, job opportunities, and essential services. 

This Giving Tuesday, generosity can go further in key markets thanks to our community matching gift initiatives.

• Charlotte, NC: We’re supporting the Charlotte Public Library Foundation who provides free digital literacy training and access to the internet for thousands every year.

• Denver, CO: We’re supporting the Latin American Educational Foundation (LAEF) Giving Tuesday Campaign. This organization provides scholarships and educational support to students pursuing STEM-related fields.

• Des Moines, IA: We’re supporting Big Brothers Big Sisters Of Central Iowa which creates life-changing one-to-one mentoring relationships for youth.

• Des Moines, IA: We’re also supporting Boys and Girls Clubs of Central Iowa as they inspire young people through STEM-related programs and other experiences.

• Durham, NC: We’re supporting Code the Dream who offers free and intensive training in software development to people facing career barriers. 

• Orange County United Way

• Kansas City: We’re supporting a campaign with Reconciliation Services to help Kansas Citians obtain a valid photo ID necessary for accessing shelter, getting a job, receiving medical care, opening a bank account or applying for crucial benefits. 

• Omaha, NE: We’re supporting the Latino Center of the Midlands and their efforts to cultivate an engaged community through educational support, workforce development and leadership opportunities.

• Orange County, CA: We’re supporting the mission of the Orange County United Way, addressing “the most challenging human needs through collaboration, advocacy and strategic programming.”

• Salt Lake City, UT: We’re supporting Tech-Moms' Giving Tuesday Campaign with a matching donation. Tech-Moms provides digital literacy training to women in the Salt Lake metro area.
