The more things change, the more they stay the same: that’s our commitment
At gFiber, our origin story is firmly rooted in creating an internet experience for our customers that is vastly different — faster, fairer, kinder — and committed to the idea of continuous improvement, never being satisfied with good enough. That was true in 2012 when we connected our first customer, it was true when I joined this company almost nine years ago in 2018, and it’s still true today. We’re building the internet we want for ourselves, and that work will never be done.
Our core values remain untouched:
Uncompromising Standards: The exceptional performance, multi-gig speeds — even over Wi-Fi — and reliable connectivity you depend on daily will be there when you need it.
Phenomenal Experience: We are customer-first, and customer-always. We don’t play games or use gimmicks to lure you in with one price and then add on a bunch of fees or raise your price later. Our techs show up when we promise. If you should ever need help, our live support teams answer your calls, chats, and in-person questions in seconds and work to resolve your issue in minutes.
Continuous Innovation: We keep pushing the boundaries of what home internet should be, without ever compromising on the service foundation that got us here.
We're always striving to embody these values, and we love that our customers hold us accountable to this. It’s what makes gFiber who we are. In fact, this constant endeavor to be better is why we’ve topped the JD Power ISP customer service rankings for three consecutive years, and it is what we want to be known for. A company’s brand is far more than a collection of colors, fonts, and logos — it’s how we show up for you every day. All that said, we’re refreshing our look, with a new color palette, a new wordmark and logo, and an updated typography:
We’re the same company we’ve always been, connected to our tech heritage and focused on our customers, just with an updated look. We want to be a refreshingly different company to deal with, and we hope this new look reflects that promise.
Fast really is just the beginning — the best is yet to come.
